Complete pulsed alkali (Na+, K+, Cs+) ion beam lines with beam energies up to 10 keV are custom designed for a variety of different applications. Using our standard ¼” alkali mounted source, our beam lines are custom designed and simulated to be attached to different types of high vacuum systems from UHV for surface analysis to low vacuum applications for film growth. The beam line typically consists of a complete three stage optical beam line with cables and power supplies for operation as well as computer control of the pulsing electronics.
